Admiral
Admiral
i did this one a little while ago and since then we have several new posters.
this is a chance to mention what you consider some of the best moments of the series.

When Trip sits in the Captain's chair and tells Travis to put Enterprise between the Andorians and the Vulcans.

The launch of the NX-01 in 'Broken Bow'

The teaser of 'Twilight'

All of 'In A Mirror Darkly I & II'

Arhcer & T'Pol's final scene in 'These Are The Voyages...'

  • Archer putting his hand on Trip's chest as he takes his last breaths in Observer Effect.
  • The end of Bound.
  • The end of Terra Prime.
  • "When this is all over, if you want to talk, I'm all ears." - Coundown
  • The scene between Trip and T'Pol in The Forgotten when he talks about his sister and she puts her hand on his shoulder.
  • "It can giggle all it wants, but the galaxy's not getting any of our bourbon." - Shuttlepod One
  • The conversation between Trip and T'Pol about preconceptions at the end of Strange New World.
  • "Say one more word of that gibberish and I'm going to split you in two." - Strange New World.
There's more, really, but those ones are off the top of my head.

Oh gosh... I have so many.

Sim and T’Pol’s last conversation before he dies – “Similitude”
The last scenes of the NX-01 being pummeled and the zoom in on T’Pol’s face at the end – “Azati Prime”
Trip’s heartfelt conversation to T’Pol about his sister and his letter to the parents of his killed engineer – “The Forgotten”

Fourth Season
Silik’s death – “Stormfront, Part II”
Admiral Forrest’s heroic death – “The Forge”
The reveal of the Romulan agent in the last scene – “Kir”Shara”

Definitely one I had in mind.

Stephen McHattie's Mine Foreman in "The Xindi" was a joy.

From "A Night in Sickbay":

PHLOX: “You may have trouble finding him from time to time. He’ll have the ability to blend into the background whenever he becomes frightened.”
ARCHER: “You’re kidding!”
PHLOX: “Yes, I am. Ha ha!”

On the list of Best Trek Moments Ever:

"The Andorian Mining Consortium runs from NO ONE!" :D :D

I have a lot of best moments (and this is very incomplete because I didn't even try to go through all of the arcs in S4)

No Trip scenes ;)

Strange New World: Archer having his picture taken with T'Pol.

Sleeping Dogs: T'Pol teaching Hoshi how to calm herself.

Minefield: Great character scenes for Malcolm: Behaving like he's facing a firing squad just before entering the captain's mess. And breakfast.

Damage: Archer is going to take the aliens' warp core and meeting with Phlox about the potential for casualties.

E2: T'Pold's meeting with Archer.

Azati Prime: I really loved Archer's last words to the crew before taking on the suicide mission.

Trip scenes

Unexpected: Trip and Ahlen in the "ice cube scene," contrasts with T'Pol's reaction in sickbay to the pregnancy.

Shuttlepod One: Trip blowing out the "candle" to save a few minutes of oxygen after Malcolm's admission about never being close to people before his posting to Enterprise.

Desert Crossing: Archer and Trip stripping off their shirts. Favorite: Archer tends to Trip in the shelter. He's so gentle - this is the captain I wish we had all the time.

Two Days and Two Nights: Trip and Malcolm's reaction to the transformation of the "muggers."

Singularity: The whole episode is golden; my favorite is Archer reading his perface to Trip who is paying absolutely no attention and then they two "discussing" it afterward.

Stigma: Trip awkwardly trying to tell Phlox his wife has been hitting on him.

Cease Fire: The goofy Cap'n Trip of "The Seventh" infamy is left far behind to be replaced by the self-assured and competent Capt. Tucker who risks the ship the prevent war.

The Expanse: The opening teaser. And Enterprise in orbit, the crew surveying the destruction, except for Trip, who can't look.

Similitude: Absolutely love the whole episode, but my favorite scenes are Sim telling T'Pol his/Trip's feelings for her; Sim and Archer in Trip's quarters; and Sim telling Phlox he was a good father.

Proving Ground: Trip talking with Shran, asking for help and getting it. God, I love that Andorian!

Harbinger: Who's attracted to who?

The Forgotten: Trip's breakdown.

The Council: The murder of Degra.

Zero Hour: Archer takes out Dolim.

Home: Trip and T'Les just before the ceremony.

Cold Station 12/The Augments: Archer trapped was a great cliffhanger and then his escape was really cool.

Observer Effect: Archer handing over command to T'Pol and then looking after Trip as he dies.

In a Mirror Darkly: Tucker is in the booth and Archer orders Reed to "break him!" Chilling.

Terra Prime: Archer's speech (boy, did they get this one right!); and the final scene with Trip and T'Pol. What a beautiful finale.

Twilight---Earth being destroyed,"Just how far has it evolved?",scene on patio after Archer learns of Earth's fate

ANIS---How long has it been since you have....,treadmill scene

Damage---ready room scene, body bags in sickbay

Similtude---Archer and Phlox talking about choices(incredible lighting as well acting)

Some of the greatest moment to me were:
* Andorian Incident: Introduction of the Andorians and Shran. (Awww, I love Shran.)
* ANIS: Archer and T'Pol's treadmill scene where T'Pol's right!
* Cogenitor: "Dismissed" from Archer to Trip -- a change in their relationship
* Expanse: Trip's comment about pussy fotting around based on T'Pol's influence and Archer's ominous words "whatever it takes."
* Impulse: the heroic save of T'Pol and the allusion to her upcoming drug addiction
* Twilight: "If this works ..." the unspoken words between Archer and T'Pol that perhaps they'd get together once Archer was cured. I also love Earth being destroyed. Good episode!
* Azati Prime: "The weapon is too close to being launched" discussion where T'Pol pipes up and says emotionally "I don't want you to die. It's ... unnecessary." We know something is up and Archer for a minute does too. I also like the argument between Trip and T'Pol -- shoes on the other foot. Trip is acting like the rational one trying to get T'Pol's head in the game, but she dismisses him more than once.
* Damage: Archer's realization there's definitely something wrong with his first officer in Sickbay (when her hand is shaking), Phlox's scene with Archer where he tells him he'll be ready for casualties and the argument that ensues between Archer and T'Pol in the Ready Room that leads to a broken PADD.
* Vulcan trilogy - the fact they really went to Vulcan (and not Arizona or Malibu) and really did Vulcan stuff. I liked the sepia tone katra moments between Archer and Surak, like Arev and T'Pol having discussions and was glad to see the tag where T'Pau, Soval and Archer are all walking alongside each other; the humans are finally equals to the Vulcans.
* Soong arc - Brent Spiner was fun. Too bad they didn't use the dude who was in Dune as well as could've been. I really enjoyed the slave auction, except for Ensign Peeshimself.
* Klingon arc - I hated this, except for Reed's part ... and that was brilliant.
* Andorian arc - Shran. Tellarites. That's about it.
* IAMD - that was just fun.
* TATV - like many others above the hug between Archer and T'Pol. Nice moment.

Malcolm thinking that Hoshi is trying to ask him out in Silent Enemy and Hoshi's reaction when she realizes what Malcolm is really thinking.

Some of my favorite moments have already been listed here, but I'll add a couple more:

1. Trips reaction to Phlox's wife trying to seduce him

2. The doggie showdown on Risa

3. Archer's reaction to Trip's latest nipple

4. T'Pol's comments about how Vulcan children are never late feeding their pet somethingoranother

5. Trip's facial reaction to T'Pol getting earhandled by the besotted Ferengi

6. Archer's struggle and powerful response when he told Sim that he would do whatever it took to ensure Enterprise's success.

7. Trip's MacGuyver moment in Terra Prime

8. Dr. Phlox's speech after the death of Baby Elizabeth

There's so many more...but I have to have a stopping point somewhere ;-)

One moment I really liked (out of many) was when Archer confronts Reed in the brig (Klingon arc), and basically begs him to tell the truth. Reed lies, and you can see on Archer's face that he is so, so disappointed.

And I love the scene in Horizon, where Archer tells Travis what Captain Mayweather's recommendation said.

two episodes who i had little hope for that really suprised me and became favorites.
singularity and observer effect.

if the show had continued a trip to organia would have been cool and yes within canon.

some others

in shuttle pod one when trip is lighting the lantern and malcolm reveals some of his inner soul.

the playacting part of strange new world and the later revelation that trip had had a vulcan teacher.

parts of being on rigil in broken bow. it felt like people out in deep space on a world totally new to them.

I just watched Observer Effect yesterday - it was really powerful when Archer put his hand on Trip's chest as he died. The look on his face just after Trip takes his last strained breath... very moving.
