Best line ever (Captains only)

In the interests of balance you understand. I realise this topic could fill a bible-sized book, so I'm restricting it to Captains or a dialogue with a Captain.

^ Exactly. The title "gul" is more...comprehensive than "captain" - it takes in everything from "captain" to "fleet captain" and maybe even "half way to admiral" - but a gul is sort of a captain. And Thor does like to quote those guls...

Speaking of Gul Dukat, this line always cracked me up, it was the delivery:

I believe Damar was technically a Gul even if they never called him that, that I can recall. Favorite line from him: "Maybe you should go talk to Worf again."

I think Guls are okay and since Sisko was in command of DS9 before he got promoted he counts as well.
