Same for me here, only this would be in my overall Top 5, especially after having seen the Remastered Edition.

The Enterprise Incident, with Spectre of the Gun a close second.
The Tholian Web. A great character show, and great performances all around. Still the best episode of the season.

I went with Spectre of the Gun. I'm the lone dissenter!
I went with it because of the one scene that I love. Spock explaining to Kirk that the tranquilizer must function and the subsequent solution to the problem with the Earps.
I also love The Enterprise Incident. Spock steals that one too with "First Officer of the Enterprise".
Good eps.

That's a tough one. The Enterprise Incident and The Tholian Web are both among my favorite all-time (close to the top-5). However I have to give a slight edge to The Tholian Web due to the whole Spock/McCoy dynamic.
The way Spock and McCoy handled themselves after Kirk's "death" was among the best written stuff ever on Star Trek.

Tough choice, as all of these a good. I went with All Our Yesterdays.
Three of these are great: The Tholian Web, Day of the Dove, and The Enterprise Incident. Never liked Spectre of the Gun, but All Our Yesterdays is fine. It looks like I'm voting with the majority again as I picked TTW for my top choice. The idea of Spock in command, the interdimensional rift claiming the Defiant, the scene where Spock and McCoy listen to Kirk's last wishes -- there's just so much right about this ep. Always made me wonder what it would have been like if Spock did become captain permanently. Would he have had a Kirk-like first officer? -- RR
These are all great eps, but I voted for "Spectre of the gun". I have always been fond of westerns and the minimalist set design here worked within the confines of the story.
Difficult to choose between "The Enterprise Incident" and "The Tholian Web".

Day of the Dove, I feel its an underrated episode, I mean come on all of their weapons turned to swords!
Then again it was another "energy being" episode.
