Best comebacks/"zing" in Trek?

Q - "Picard would never have hit me..."
Sisko - "I'm not Picard"

Kirk - "I was out saving the galaxy when your grandfather was in diapers"

Janeway - "Dimissed"
Neelix - "b..but.."
Janeway - "That's Starfleet for get out!"

Picard - "What is it?"
Data - "There's nothing out there; absolutely nothing"
Geordi - "Well it's a damn ugly nothing!"

Data - "You must talk to him; tell him that he is a good cat, and a pretty cat, and..."
Worf - "I will feed him"

Data had an unintentional comeback in the episode In Theory:

Data: Jenna, are we no longer...a couple?

Lt. D'Sorta: No, we're not.

Data: Then I will delete the appropriate program.

Don't you wish you could just say that someone who has just broken up with you?

Worf - "I will feed him"

I love that bit in another ep (I think) where Riker, who had been looking after Spot (and had the scratches to prove it) managed to get Beverly to take over. The last thing he does is toss her a phaser and says "You'll need this." :guffaw:

Female Q: "What are you doing with that dog?" *pause* "I'm not talking about the puppy."

I also love the scene where a Maquis crewman says he's used to doing things the Maquis way. So Chakotay decks him, which is the Maqus way of handling problems.

Q to Janeway: "You're angry when you're beautiful."

Kirk to Spock: "You're not a man, you're an elf with a hyper-active thyroid."

Spock: Pardon me, Doctor, I am receiving a number of distress calls.
McCoy: I don't doubt it.

According to Nimoy, if I remember correctly, he did have an ad-lib but did not say it and wishes he did. Spock indicates that guessing is not in his nature. McCoy says that nobody's perfect. Nimoy was going to say that he was.

I think it was in the outtakes.

As Bones walks away, Spock raises an eyebrow and goes, "Oh, yeah?" :vulcan:

An ad lib I heard about, but was cut was from TMP, and it would have been great. At the end, when Scotty tells Spock he can have him on Vulcan in a few days, Spock tells him his business on Vulcan is over.
What Nimoy said - but they didn't go with was: "If Dr. McCoy is to remain on board, then my presence is required." Or words to that effect.

That would have been great. Oh, well.

^^^ Q: "Indeed not. You're much easier to provoke. How fortunate for me."

Funny everyone always leaves that part off the quote.

In an early Voyager episode, two Maquis come up to Chakotay and tell him that they'll support him if he wants to take over the ship. Chakotay replies:

"If I ever hear you talk that way again, I will personally throw you in the brig for mutiny!" :techman:

ENT: Two Days and Two Nights

An injured Travis returns to the ship after being treated on Risa:

Travis to T'Pol: "Have you ever been to an alien hospital?"
T'Pol: "Yes. In San Francisco."

Spock: "Dr. McCoy, would you do me the great honor of eating my shorts?"

OK, that was Saturday Night Live. So sue me.

^On that note:

"Okay, before I--I answer anymore questions, there's something I gotta say, uh...

Having...recieved all your letters over the years--and, uh, I've spoken with many of you...and, uh, some of you have traveled--hundreds of miles, uh, to be here, I'd just like to say...

Get a life."

So was this one:

"Bones! Come here and help this man! He's choking to death!"

"DAMMIT JIM, I'm a doctor, not a...oh, okay."

:guffaw:

Love it!
