In your personal opinion what are the best and worst episodes?

Off the top of my head...
Best: Ex Post Facto
Worst: The one with the clown. Thaw I think?

I agree. The one with the clown was really bad.

Tsunkatse. One acceptable episode, because Jeffrey Combs appeared.

My favorite episode: Project Pathfinder with Barclay :)

Best: "Cold Fire", season 2

Worst: That horrible crap episode in season 6 which ruined a great character and insulted the fans of that character.

As for "The Thaw", I like it! :techman:

I've learnt to love "The Thaw". I did start out hating it so maybe if you keep watching, you'll change your mind

Best: Blink of an eye or Tuvix
Worst: Sacred Ground or Emanations (I was tempted to say 11:59 but I like the stuff on the ship (telling stories) though I do tend to fast forward the Henry Janeway stuff

Best? Timeless.

Worst? Harry Kim and the Vampire brides in season (?) 2. ties with The EMH goes dark in Darkling :brickwall:

I hated The Thaw when it first aired because I had a vendetta against "Die in the simulation die in real life" stories, but when I came back later I thought it was okay.

Best: Blink of an Eye
Worst: Spirit Folk

Worst: The Thaw.

Best: Timeless.

And yeah same reason as your initial dislike of The Thaw Jirin with the addition of blech, clowns and also singing BLECH!!

I only have 4 seasons in the personal library, so no best/worst yet.

But "The Thaw" still gives me trouble. I didn't like it in first run, and I tend to avoid it on disk. It's too much like Theatre of the Absurd in a format that doesn't easily lend itself to that, science fiction. There's barely anything to hang onto to maintain suspension of disbelief.

Worst: the one where Seven and Chakotay are in a relationship that came out of absolutely nowhere.

Kor

I like these sorta topics but I can never just pick one episode

Best: "The Thaw" "Warlord" "Raven" "Cold Fire" "Nemesis" "Tear of Hell I+II" "Mortal Coil"
Special Mention to "Tuvix" for having an awesome idea but being poorly executed.

Worst: "Author, Author" "Fury" "Favorite Son" "Family"

"The Thaw" was amazing. I was super terrified back then (I must've been 12?) because of the decapitation stuff, and I don't even have a clown phobia thing.

The ending with smug Faux-Janeway was amaze-balls.

Best: "Distant Origin"

Special Mentions: "Eye of the Needle", "Faces", "The Killing Game", "Equinox", "Worst Case Scenario"

Worst: "Threshold"

If we go for more options than one:

Best: "Cold Fire", "Persistence Of Vision", "Caretaker", "Warlord", "Basics" (part 1 and 2), "The Swarm", "Projections", "Darkling", "Time And Again, "Alliances".

Worst: "Fury", "The Gift", "Endgame", "Mortal Coil".

I like "Future´s End" (both parts) very much. Sterling as villain is hilarious. Neelix and Kes watching soap operas of the nineties likewise.
It´s one of the time travel episodes I´m fond of.

I totally agree:

Starling was an excellent villain. http://henrystarling.9f.com/

I actually like "Favorite Son" too. A good space vampire story and also an episode where Kim actually is involved in something.

Tsunkate and One was the worst because they centred round 7 which was dull ... The best ..aw so many...Voyager Conspiracy, Omega Directive, Year of Hell, Endgame.. need i go on;)

Oooops, I mispelled "Starling". As punishment I must rewatch these episodes.
