Hmmm ... I don't think so. First, Browder's quite a bit more muscular than that fellow. Second, he's very nearly fifty years old, and that fellow looks like he's in his late twenties or thirties.

You may be right, now that I look again and compare, though the chest in the other picture is 15-20 pounds larger looking then Matt's in this picture. I figured the odd looking proportions of the body was due to the pants hanging too low, and maybe a bit of softening with age. They have a very similar facial profile, if you are right. I'm sure the whole episode doesn't just consist of that guy in the photo. So just because that particular guy isn't Browder, it doesn't follow that Browder isn't present.
