Batman: The Animated Series / MillenniuM

Walker's last score was for the remake of "Black Christmas"; she was going to score some other animated project, which I don't recall the name of, but she passed away.

You can make regular orders -- you don't have to be registered.

It's up now - 12 PM PST - 3 PM EST - but christ almighty, do their web people need to get their acts together. Their page was down totally for 2 minutes at 3:00, came back, and was all fucked up -- still is -- I've finally got BTAS in my shopping cart, but they're still fucking around and I can't get TSCC. It's been 20 minutes now. You'd think they'd have had this shit (website) ready to go with the click of a button. Very unprofessional.

EDIT: Ordered BTAS. I'll do TSCC seperate when they get their acts together and put the fucking HTML document up.

Try that.

I see it on the front page, I see it twice there - text and graphical - but only the BTAS and M links work, the TSCC, once you click you get a half-fucked HTML page.

Man, whomever is in charge of doing their site needs to be fired. Broken links, broken images, half-complete pages. WTF? This is supposed to be a company, a corporation, not some fan-run POS.

It's sad, though. I mean, most pro websites, they say something occurs X time on X date, they have the shit ready and set, and all they do is switch one HTML prefix to re-route things and boom, it's done. This is BS. I could do better and I stopped doing HTML 6 years ago.

This is what the damn TSCC page looks like...

EDIT: Finally! 40 minutes later... just did my order.

I better fucking get both autographed. I've got to be the first one to order both of them FFS. I'm still pissed on BSG S3, which I ordered within an hour of being up and didn't get signed. They imply it's first come first serve, but I think they just do it at random, which sucks ass, imho. I'm sitting here from 2 PM on twiddling my thumbs in order to get the best chance of an auto'd copied and get the shaft for my troubles...

Well, I've ordered my copy of the B:TAS soundtrack. I'm underwhelmed by some of the episode selections, but there are still some great ones there -- "On Leather Wings," "Two-Face," "Perchance to Dream," "Birds of a Feather," and particularly the alternate main title. And the "Gotham City Overture" sounds interesting. And who knows? Maybe good sales for this one will increase the chances of more volumes coming out.

(And the "Perchance to Dream" score should work better in isolation than it did in the actual episode. The revelation that the Mad Hatter was behind it all was supposed to be a surprise, except the score was blaring the Mad Hatter's theme quite emphatically throughout.)

Also, I'm curious what that "Bonus Track: Music of the Bat 101" is. The "101" suggests some kind of "lesson" in Batman music, perhaps a composer commentary of some sort. And the "in-depth liner notes" sound interesting.

I was able to get my order through for BTAS at around 3:15 PM EST. I think I got a good chance at the autographed one (hopefully).

A LaLaLand rep who posts at Film Score Monthly posted at 3:46 EST (12:46 PST) that the autographed versions of BTAS are all gone, BTW.

Who signed them?

Well, that was three minutes after my order was recorded at their site, so I'm assuming I won't be getting one. Which is fine with me; let it go to someone who values autographs more.

Yay! My oder e-mail came in to me at 3:21, so I should get one! If not, I'm gonna be pissed. :p

Anyone else get TSCC?
