@Christopher Yeah that's been confirmed as DCUA and maybe my favorite single issue comic of the year so far.
Regarding this being in continuity...it still kind of seems vague but Dan DiDio during his twenty questions segment on Newsarama prior to the restructuring at DC and his promotion stated that the mini-series does take place in normal DC continuity.
The world of Young Justice is part of DC’s multiverse. “… We’re set on Earth 16,” Vietti said, “so we’re actually a part of the DC Universe – you know they have 52 earths now and we’re Earth 16, so we’re part of the multiverse, and the comic book that’s based on the show is going to be in continuity.”
Which is when I'll be picking it up. Once I tracked down issue 1 and it indicated mini-series I didn't get it.Yep it's been excellent so far...according to Chapters/Indigo it's slated for hardcover release I think in March or April.
Just finished reading Superman/Batman #75 and there is a two page back up story featuring Damien Wayne and a grown up aged Conner Kent Superman meeting to honor their namesakes and once more Damien mentions Terry. So this will mark the second mention/appearance of Grant Morrison's Batman Beyond version.
--There's the animated Batman Beyond with Terry McGuiness, which this comic book is a continuation of.
--There's Grant Morrison's future where Damien is an adult Batman in a similar dystopian future but he wears a different costume than Terry does.
