Cant wait for a new BTTF game, might help wash away the memory of the old 16bit BTTF games....

BTTF/JP games in the pipe line

Telltale Games announced it has signed a multi-year, two-title deal with Universal Partnerships & Licensing to develop games from the Back to the Future and Jurassic Park properties.

The first title to be released under this agreement will be a Telltale Games "season" game based off the Back to the Future films. The game is scheduled for release this winter, followed shortly by Jurassic Park.

"Our partnership with Universal is an exciting next step in our continued growth as a mass-market games publisher and developer," said Dan Connors, CEO of Telltale Games. "We are all huge fans of both of these franchises."

"For Back to the Future and Jurassic Park we will leverage Telltale's expertise in story-telling and game design to deliver on the unique elements of each series with our goal being to create compelling cinematic adventures paying homage to each franchise," Connors added.

Doc" Road's, where we're going we don't need road's"
Marty" Well doc just as long as we move before the massive T-Rex catches up on US!....... AHHHHHHHHH!"

Okay, make it a pseudo BTTF4 and get Lloyd and Fox in to provide the voices.

I like the idea of a Back to the future game, but they do need Fox and Lloyd to do the voices for it otherwise most people won't go within 10 city blocks of it.

I'd love a good game of either one of them. I've played both (S)NES versions of the games and they weren't that great as memory serves. Still better than the halfbaked crap they put out now for a movie though.

Remember all those awful games Nintendo and company would make based on movies back in the 8-bit days? The movies either didn't lend themselves to video games or they were so determined to make the game a platformer that you couldn't even tell what movie it was based on!

Glad to see the Adventure Games are somewhat alive and well.

Hey, whatever happened to Leisure Suit Larry? Follow up question, why is there a gunshot and a horse dying sound every time I ask that?

They did a game not too long ago (2009?) actually for PS3, Xbox and PC. It was just a bit poo thats all

Why are things so heavy in the future? Is there a problem with the earth's gravitational pull?

Two of my favorite franchises, and I'll be getting both, but I think I'm slightly more excited for Jurassic Park. I just hope they come up with something more interesting than another boring romp through Site B.

The last major Jurassic Park game,Operation Genesis had the right idea (Where you can create your own Jurassic Park) but wasn't that great.
