I have a hard time believing it won't come to XBLA.

Telltale had a bad experience with XBL with their Wallace and Gromit game, with XBL delaying the release by two months. On top of that with XBL you have to pay for each episode separately, instead of just paying for the whole game at once as with PC and PSN. Because of that you end up paying a lot more for the 360 version than the PSN or PC versions.

I certainly don't blame them for not wanting to go with a distributor that has been known to screw over the players with delays and a jacked up total price. (The BTTF game would be $50 total for all five episodes on XBL given how they priced similar episodic games, twice as much as the PSN and PC versions.)
