Savik used "Damn" as a one word line at the beginning of TWOK, after the computer informed her that Kobyashi Maru had 381 people aboard.

"All right, we're lost. But we're making good time"

"Alright we're lost but we're making good time," is Sulu to Chekov (possibly the other way around) in the forest at the start of ST5.

"Far be it for me to dispute my first officer" sounds like Kirk to Decker in TMP, prior to going on their walk to Vger.

Something easy to help straighten things out:

"Prepare for ramming speed!"

Yes! That answer is correct!

But I think yours is actually Kirk to Spock in The Undiscovered Country.

This next one's also probably too easy:
"Of course! We're all one big happy fleet!"

"Of course! We're all one big happy fleet!"

Khan, in ST-2, in response to his henchman's realization that Enterprise's shields were still down.

"If I were human, I believe my response would be...'Go to Hell' ... If I were human."

A: Spock at the end of the Undiscoved Country, after the Enterprise is ordered to be scrapped.

Q: No I'm from Iowa, I only work in outer space.

"Suppose they went nowhere?" is McCoy to Kirk in ST2 - when preparing to beam from the Regula space station.

"Are you having hearing problems, mister?"

A: Kirk, speaking of Spock who (for the second time) answers for him during the Klingon/Federation relations in ST VI: TUC...

And the current one:

"Are you having hearing problems, mister?"

A: Sulu to communications officer (portrayed by Christian Slater) in ST VI: TUC...

Q: "Sir, I'm sorry, but your voice is carrying. I don't think you ought to be discussing this subject in public."

Starfleet security to McCoy in the bar (going on and on about Genesis), ST3.

"Beware Romulans bearing gifts."

"You might want to hold your breath."

.....Picard to Lily on board Enterprise-E, First contact?

i'll hold off a bit on posting another quote, for fear of incorrectness. If you know whether i'm wrong or right, let me know an post the next quote.

thanks all

"Beam on down!"

"Don't wait for the translation, answer me now!"

Chang questioning Kirk in TUC in the Klingon court scene. Kirk (and McCoy) were charged with murdering Gorkon, the Klingon chancellor.

My turn:

"There are two possibilities: They are unable to respond, they are unwilling to respond."
