Kirk to McCoy on Rura Penthe in TUC.

"Just because we can do a thing, it does not necessarily follow that we must do that thing."

A: The Federation President in ST VI...

Q: "The word is no. I am therefore going anyway..."

This has been here a while so I'll just put an end to it and tell you that it was Morrow to Kirk in Search for Spock.

"I never read it."

^ That was going to be my guess, but I wasn't sure of it.

"I never read it" is Lily to Picard about Moby Dick, in First Contact.

"You'll have a great time, Bones. You'll enjoy your shore leave."

Actually, that's Kirk to Chekov and Sulu in the lounge of the Earth Starbase...;)

A: McCoy, ranting to himself while watching Kirk rock climbing....in ST V...

Q: "Will you please sit down!"

^ Chekov to Scotty, awaiting beam-out from the aircraft carrier (?) Enterprise, ST4.

"I will have to make a guess."

Spock to Kirk, regarding the calculations to get them home - ST4

"It's how we all feel"

Zephram Cochrane, First Contact... during the warp flight. At least, I think it was as they went to warp.. or when they saw the Enterprise...

"No, and neither did you."

One of the sanitation workers, after the other one asked "did you see that?" as the door of the Bounty opened.

The Voyage Home.

"Physician, heal thyself."

Helocopter guy to Sulu in ST: IV
(second quote is Sulu answering)

'How many time do I have to say the right tool for the right job!'

Scotty in Final Frontier. And the hot damn was followed by "you're heroic" when Cochrane was told the truth about Riker and the away team.

"I'm sure as hell not going up there sober."

^ Is that the next question? "I'm sure as hell not going up there sober" was indeed Cochrane in FC, reaching for his bottle (as ever).

"Damm" was used frequently as a colourful metaphor by Kirk in ST4, and probably by Cochrane too, but I can't remember as a one-word stand-alone line ;-)

Going back to being sober...

"I thought Romulan ale was illegal."
