No it was about Worf. Picard had Riker stay onboard because he didn't want to have to explain to Troi that he was dead. If you recall, as the turbolift doors were closing, Picard said, "You have the bridge... Mr. Troi."

Umm, no. It was about Riker. Most if not all of the main cast were gathered in Geordi's Lab, where B4's head lay. The head asked Picard why Riker had a furry face. Picard then told Geordi to reconstruct him.
