That one is easy, the dying Khan to the fleeing Kirk.

However, I thought the same thing about the previous one, and listened to the Kobyashi Maru sequence in TWoK several times over, listening for it, but couldn't find it. It remains a mystery...

I thought it was the Lakul from Generations, but haven't checked it...
