Babbling celebs and reporters

Has anyone else noticed these stories about reporters suddenly speaking gibberish during reports. Now Judge Judy started babbling. There was that lady around superbowl time and then a male reporter talking about the recent Libya stuff and now Judge Judy. Maybe they are all just stroking out.

I'm reminded of O'neill from Stargate when he started speaking ancient the first time. The guy reporter who spoke Gibberish was named Mark Mcallister. It is a little harder to find in a search about gibberish and reporters.
