B5 Movie book now available

Thanks for the quick follow up Jan, much like the Earth Alliance files on the Vorlon, full of information but.....

You're still my favorite "J" from the scripts team.

She is the closed circle......

Jaclyn is pretty awesome herself. Always friendly and quick to reply to queries.

There's more B5 stuff to come out and all of that needs to be released before Crusade.

Really? What's left? We already have the scripts for every episode, a plethora of behinds the scenes material relating to each, including the original outline. The scripts for Thirdspace, River of Souls, Legend of the Rangers, The Lost Tales, and In The Beginning, as well as two version of The Gathering have all been released. There's a chronology book, and a quote book. Outside of whatever is left related to the novels and the short stories that have gone out of print, what's left besides A Call to Arms and Crusade?

Jaclyn is the awsome-est!

I should have said B5 related. As for what it is, it's stuff you never knew that you wanted. There'll be a book a month coming out starting in March.

A book a month? A re-release of the novels? The short stories? JMS's original 300-page, single-spaced notes on the B5-verse?

Let the speculation begin.

A book a month...now that is intriging.I'm wondering though, is the chronology worth getting, what does it exactly cover? The entire series? Crusade? Does it include the novels as well?

I'm embarassed to say I didn't more than glance through the chronology when I was home during the holidays, but it's supposed to be up to date through The Lost Tales, including all of the novels, comic books, and short stories.

Well, I ordered mine late last week, but because I'm in Australia, and I opted for the slower, cheaper shipping option, it probably won't get here for another couple of weeks. Does anyone whose already received theirs want to offer any info on what it says about the proposed Psi Corps movie? Does it get into issues like which characters would be involved, and who it would focus on?

I'm still waiting for mine, but if nobody posts the information by this weekend, I'm sure I'll have it by then and be able to do a little write-up.

(cross fingers for the Lyta's Lingerie Catalogue)

:scream:

Don't forget the binder of boob shots!

...and as I said earlier, good luck getting any information from the script team. I can only imagine Jacyln is holding their pets and or loved ones hostage for the duration of the project.

Worse. She trusts us!

There is very little of the Garibaldi we know. Instead, he's saying things like "Oh my God" - he's an atheist, and doesn't have a "god" remember?
Habit can be very hard to break; I'm in a similar situation, and yet still sometimes say things in that vein.

Stuff relating to the comics, too. ;)

Honestly, I'd rather see those reprinted, or better yet, done again with better artwork, then see the scripts for them and other materials. From what I've seen some of the artwork can be rather mediocre.

That may be what you'd prefer, but one's a heck of a lot more realistic than the other. :techman:

Realism be damned. I still want to see Babylon 5 remastered in high definition with new and re-composited visual effects. :p
