Ha, it would be a nice touch for Whedon to throw Agent Brand in there considering her origins.

^ Yep which is why I'm excited she's getting a cameo. Joss has said we'll be seeing a bunch of recognizable Shield agents in the film and that Agent Brand was one of them. :)

Could be. As a general rule I try not to believe any of this kind of stuff unless it comes from an official source.

Yeah. I haven't seen it up anywhere else yet...and this was written supposedly on Jan 3, two days ago. I don't frequent Movie Web so I'm not sure how reliable they are and I think the article references something else. I wouldn't be surprised if what they reported was actually in the film. Interesting though.

Ugh. Even worse...these guys are the Bradley Cooper as Lex Luthor guys.

I guess this counts as an International Promotion and/or part of the North American marketing budget.

But your theory makes sense given what we saw at the end of "Captain America: The First Avenger" and where Loki went at the end of "Thor". I think this was first brought up in the "Thor" thread.
