Just speculation:
The soldiers in the next shot are Loki's and The Black Widow lured them, on purpose, to her little meeting with Banner...
They think he is "just" a briliant scientist that worked for the militairy who might be asked to create new weapons for SHIELD...
They start firing on 2 "ordinairy" humans, Banner has to Hulk-out to protect himself and Natasha...

I love that Hill pic...I wonder if she's Deputy Director already or just an agent. I also can't wait for all the Shield agent cameos that Joss promised would be there. I will so mark out seeing Abigail Brand.

Agreed. Not that there aren't scientists in real life who certainly don't 'look' like scientists, Ruffalo does come across more what you'd expect Banner to look like than either Norton or Bana did. I also like how the Hulk's face does in fact, bare resemblance to Ruffalo.
Also, and I'm just guessing here, I think the scene with Banner and BW are the ones filmed here in a Cleveland Heights warehouse that was supposed to be a Russian stronghold. I remember reading that ScarJo was there and I think Ruffalo as well. It seems to fit with what we saw in the new trailer.

So...
On Wednesday, Comic Book Movie got ahold of The Avengers Storybook, a piece of merchandising that chronicles the movie in text and pictures from the movie. They posted major spoilers for what I would guess covers the first act. Disney/Marvel made them take it down quickly, but a few images are still to be found in the comments section. The pics are spoilery-ish, with one pic that does give new information. There is also one text page that has minor spoilers, hence the spoiler tag.
...And one of the commentors posted what he read, MAJOR spoilers, for again what I estimate to be the first act of the movie.
So...

Hawkeye is assigned as a bodyguard to Dr Selvig (who has been called in to study the Tesseract aka cosmic cube)
loki comes to earth (somehow) and takes control of Hawkeye and Selvig, helping him escape from SHIELD to germany.
Stark gets interested in the avenger program because of the Tesseract.
Scene description of the Hellicarrier first floating up into the sky with Cap, IM, Coulson, Fury, banner and BW on board.
SHIELD giving banner resources to track gamma radiation given off by the Cosmic Cube.
Loki tries to take over some people in germany, cap and Ironman save the people.
With loki in custody, IM and CA head back to the quinjet, Thor Lands on the roof and rips the door off the jet and takes loki, hoping to return to asgard to answer of his crimes.
IM goes after him, Cap grabs a parachute, salutes black widow, who is piloting, and he jumps out the back of the jet
Thor and Loki end up on a mountain, where IM and CA attack thor, thinking he is helping loki. thor strikes IM with mjolnir, which greatly powers IM's armor to 400%
Im blasts thor with all the power, but thor still gets back up.
Cap blocks a blow from thors hammer, creating a shockwave. Cap stood his ground. all 3 stood there staring at each other. then thor took loki back to the jet, so SHIELD could interogate him.
Loki taunts banner while locked in the hellicarriers hulk cage. saying this cage in meant for the hulk.

I keep seeing these about the net and I'm glad people are being cool with the major spoilers preface when they post. I'm going to avoid something that seems this major.
It's only 2 months to go so I'll wait but general comments seem to be it's an interesting and/or impressive bit of spoilery fun.

This basically confirms what I had begun to believe a while back, that the Stuttgart scenes filmed here in Cleveland on Public Square are in fact, early on in the movie.
