Tony Stark's head does seem awkwardly photoshopped. Sure I've seen that headshot of him before, is it from Iron Man 2?

Is the Hulk also standing on a car? Even if that's supposed to be the case, I don't see the cars, so they just look like giants, which is really weird.
I think the color scheme is actually kind of nice, but perspective-wise, it's a mess.

Cap is NOT standing on a car in that poster. His body proportions make him four stories high, and the Hulk even bigger. Wow, that is one of the most awful jobs I have ever seen on a professional poster.

It's fair enough that they all have their faces showing. Those last two Batman movies failed miserably...

I think the design for the poster is pretty cool, it's just the execution that sucks. It looks like something someone threw together in 10 minutes.

I've been hearing the trailer will be out Wed at midnight PST. So we'll see.

That's because that's what the studios are doing these days. Quickie Photoshop jobs for the posters, even quicker Photoshop jobs for the DVD covers. The art of the movie poster is gone.

Looks like the trailer will be online sometime in the morning rather than at midnight.
