there's a report on superherohype.como today that new Avengers footage will be shown at the NY ComicCon. they will also have 'suprise guests'...

Most of the cast are still in New York so probably expect Hemsworth, Evans, Renner and Scarlett.

Sounds as if Evans' personal preference was for the WWII outfit as well.

Where the script allows, it must take the form of a montage. In this instance, multiple sets of clothes will be tried on whilst the soundtrack plays a lively hit from the 60's.

Really? I didn't get that impression at all. He seemed rather indifferent in that the WWII costume was for WWII and now this is Joss's costume for Joss's movie. Different movies, different visions.

Evans was also fairly frank about the chances of him showing up in Iron Man 3 or Thor 2 or any of the other Marvel films currently in the pipeline.

“Out of those six films, if I pop up in one of those (other films), it counts as part of the deal."

"So if they needed me in a third Cap, and I say, ‘Fuck you, give me $30 million.’ Well… they want to avoid that.”

I take it that means he is NOT likely to show up in Iron Man 3 or Thor 2.

I would if they have a blooper reel, if it'll be on it? Since Scarlett apparently wasn't hurt, it sounds it was pretty funny.

Yeah. For an actress who needs to keep her pristine appearance to be filmed, I can imagine receiving a serious injury would be a big deal.
