I'm pretty sure he would have told her that she couldn't have told anyone, even his thawed out self, about him being alive. She seems smart enough to listen to him, and not screw up the timeline by telling the other him.
"In that reality, it never left" doesn't sound like it's saying the same thing as prevented from existing at all.
I think the Ancient One said that the stones had to be returned to their proper timeline. Did she say they had to be returned to the exact same place and the exact same person?
Also-- the Russo Brothers say that the stones still exist in the main MCU timeline.

Also - I pretty much expected the stones weren't truly destroyed. I still say the soul stone story many expected in Endgame will happen in Guardians Vol. 3.
Yet, put ten dudes on screen together and it is not forced?
Depends how it’s done.
When Pepper, Valkyrie, Vers, Shuri and Okoye we’re rescuing Peter and the Stones, it didn’t seem forced, but that two-second shot where every named female heroine in the battle suddenly showed up was indeed forced.
But given how girls and young women have reacted to it, I think it was forced for a good reason. It certainly doesn’t make me angry, like it seems to make some people.
BTW, is Pepper still using the Potts surname, or is she Pepper Stark now?

In either case, I'd really rather that the stones themselves be laid to rest as story devices. However, I found the energy wave that Rocket detected that enveloped the planet by way of Thanos' use of the gauntlet to be very interesting.
In my mind's eye, I see that energy wave activating thousands of x genes across the planet and Professor Charles Xavier lamenting that mutants would no longer be able to keep their existence a secret.
I see Reed Richards (now the smartest man on the planet?) trying to recreate the energy wave with dreams of advancing science and bringing humanity to the stars. (Stone energies have been the source of three characters powers so far, I would have no problem with cosmic rays being replaced in the same way for the Fantastic Four)
And I see Victor von Doom hoping to recreate the power of the energy wave as part of his quest to free the soul of his mother from a torturous hell dimension. (What could possibly go wrong?)

Also, take in to account that over the past ten years the MCU has been predominantly white male main characters. Phase IV will have the MCU trying to balance the scales a little, but can you imagine the reaction if the MCU had a goal to have fifty percent of their heroes be female? That would mean ten years of women being leads in the MCU.
I’d get my beloved Squirrel Girl movie. I have a pitch for it, it’s like the Wizard of Oz with Deadpool and Tobey Maguire in a mystery role.

All that matters is that the stones exist in the universe. That's why it doesn't matter be that to the tesseract and scepter were destroyed. Cap will put the stones back, and those timeline will continue, diverging from the original.
The problem isn't that it was a group of female heroes, or even that it was 10 female heroes. The problem is that it was ALL the female heroes that were present at the battle. None of them were busy fighting on the other side of the battle, and they all noticed Marvel needed backup, and decided to go help at the same time, oh and none of the guy heroes noticed anything. Yeah that makes complete logical sense and doesn't break suspension of disbelief at all.
