My avatar was from a picture of a dinner set I saw for sale on the Internet. I think the picture sums up my Miss Chicken perfectly.
The original picture was this simply this
No sombrero on at first but it looks like the sombrero is here to stay unless someone can create a new avatar for me using the original picture.
The picture is perfect for the hanging of mistletoe as it sends you all a subtle message for the holiday season.

As a Hawkwind fan, I liked this one, it's from a magazine called the Hawkwind Log, a giveaway with the album In Search of Space. It's about the journeys of the ship Hawkwind, which is found drifting in our space, and is two dimensional.

The original avatar was the small one above. From that NC-1701 made the sombrero avatar including the waving tail.
My avatar hasn't changed very often since the BBS started allowing them (who remembers when we couldn't have one?). My first avatar was a picture of me but I changed it very quickly to match my user name.
I used this first one for years. It was one of the first things I ever did in Photoshop:
I then moved to the one below. I've been using this one for most of my time here because it's my favourite book cover by Keith Parkinson.
I used this next one one for a while when I was waiting for the last Sword of Truth book to come out. It features every book cover in the sword of Truth series and they are all by Keith Parkinson. I changed it after a while because I didn't like seeing the animation all the time.
I'm thinking about switching to this one for a while. It's probably my second favourite cover from the series.

There was never a tail-waver without sombrero??? -Maybe that's the reson why I couldn't find it!
