AVATAR CONTEST: The 8th Doctor

In honor of the restrictions on the 8th Doctor finally being lifted (we've got an action figure now, an R1 TV movie release at last), I thought it was about time for an av contest featuring the 8th Doctor!

Avs must be a max of 140x140 pixels and feature the 8th Doctor in some way. Entries will be accepted till Tuesday evening.

Honestly most of it was already there, I just made a few adjustments here and there to the levels, a few small edits and then added the sparkly/'wooshy' effects.

I originally wanted to have it animated, but couldn't get it to look right without making the file size enormous.
