I believe that's Pac-Man, and I don't know if it's ever been in syndication, as I've never seen it. Sometimes shows, especially on Saturday morning, end up being rather local since they never get wider exposure. I've heard of a lot of stuff that I've wanted to see but was unavailable to me.

The first season was weekdays. It was moved to Saturday for subsequent seasons.
