I wonder if the ship could be controled (with proper passwords) with one of those wedge shaped "tablets."
The way (supposedly) a 24th century padd could independantly control the Enterprise Dee.
Probably yes since they were able to wire up M5 to control the Enterprise. Although I'd suspect that the wedge tablets would need to be hard wired into a control panel or in dialogue stated to be wireless connected to some control station.
