Of course, the interesting thing about this is, that its the Anthony Ainley Master who's disclosed of that information. And they're not gonna bring him up any time soon, will they?

How did they do that? It leads into the Doctor examining the crack in the wall. Did they jump straight from the garden into Prisoner Zero's introduction?
Also then ruins some of the later connections.

Looks like the console room has been redecorated a bit-apart from the brownish color, there's a mirror and bookcase.
Sort of reminds me a bit of the wooden console room briefly used by Tom Baker and the one from the TV movie.

Edit - Found it, in the background of the most recent poster of the Doctor and Clara in the Tardis. Looks like most every section of the upper "deck" area now features something or other, be it a mirror, bookcase, an easel of some sort, more books, etc. Makes the room seem more homey, which is a good thing. Eleven never seemed to do much with it aside from keep stuff in some all-purpose lockers under the console; I guess he was just breaking it in and hadn't had much time to fiddle with the aesthetics between taking Clara around the universe and regenerating and all that. Although he DID take the time to add some smokey lighting in the flooring, and (temporarily) a landing strip for Clara's motorbike.

In fact it makes more sense now, to have another whole incarnation that is not the Doctor.
between the 12th and 13th would have been something completely different.
Now the Doctor can worry with each regeneration, if he will turn evil instead of dying for a change.
I really would rather go for the twist of the Valeyard being the Meta-Crisis Doctor, really. The Doctor, making a mistake out of vanity that gave birth to that dreaded character? Not only that, but that could also allow for David Tennant to come back, as an evil version of his Doctor. It could mean, of course, a perversion of the happy ending for Rose's story, but still, I'd be all up for it.

Well i assume since the Dr changed the outcome of the timewar that means you know who never flew into the jaws of the nightmare child or had to be pulled out of the timelock by Dalek Khan, so the DR might have to deal with other consequences of saving the timelords the second time round.

What the Doctor changed was the way the war ended. I would assume all the other things that happened, still happened.

Sounds like a mixture of both Brigg's "Emperor/Supreme" Dalek voice with his regular Dalek. Also looks like the Daleks can use their extermination rays over phone lines or something now.
