Arrowverse's Crisis on Infinite Earths to be 5-Part Crossover

When she returns to her own time, I wonder how much of the world around her would have been altered, or how much will the COIE event will be referenced by Kate going forward....

I really don't see how CoIE can alter the Arrowverse super-significantly and still have Kate go back in time a full year in order to re-sync up with her own timeline.

The Batwoman part of that trailer makes it seem as if Kate will indeed get pulled out of time for the Crisis, and that she'll tell somebody else about what's going on, which isn't the most elegant of solutions for getting her involved, but is really the only option available given where her narrative timeline is in relation to everyone else's.
The other option is that the series just continues it's story
..that the Crisis so is just "out of order"... I see Batwoman and Black Lightning being post-Crisis, with no major changes to what we just saw...whereas Flash will probably look significantly different...i wonder if Flashpoint was a test run of a post Crisis universe

I just don't see them making that big of a deal over the time jump. it would hardly be the biggest continuity error in the arrowverse.

Cool. I'm a little surprised, because I thought they had addressed that and said it was not the case.

^ Not that I recall.

This basically confirms what I was prepared to assume anyway, unless something in the narrative directly contradicted it.

To counterpoint that. Kevin Conroy is

The Kingdom Come Batman.

^ Not necessarily a counterpoint. Indeed,
I tend to assume Routh is playing his Superman Returns version, who has basically developed into the Kingdom Come version (or a recognizable adaptation thereof) over the intervening years.

Sometimes hard to know what's too spoilery, but I don't think this photo needs to be coded. From the Batwoman installment:

ETA: Many more photos at batwoman.tv, including much Routh-Supes, Hoechlin, and Tulloch.

I think some people were getting hung up on this quote

When asked if this would be a sequel to Superman Returns, Guggenheim said:

“I don’t know if it’s for me to say,” Guggenheim said. “We’re picking up so many years after the events of that movie, maybe a coda is a better word than sequel.”

IIRC, the Kingdom Come Batman wears an exoskeleton.

I love that they just straight up used Alex Ross' art for the "photo" on the cover of the Daily Planet.

So, does this mean that Conroy is playing the Bruce Wayne from the...

... Reeves/RouthSuperman movies universe?
