Except Oliver isn't "famous" either--at least not in the way you're implying. He's a tabloid celebrity.
*Granted, now that he's running for office, more people will probably recognize his voice. But even still, I couldn't identify my mayor or Governor by their voices. Besides, he's always altered his voice.
So if Felicity is still alive (and very pissed off), could the dead person be either her mom Donna or Diggle? Those are the only two people besides Oliver with whom she feels a deep connection, so much so that she tells him, "You know what you've got to do."
Nobody's off the table, there's even a theory that Felicity's dead and that's a ghost that's nudging Oliver towards evil, sort of like Slade saw Shado.
There might be another twist there, the "him" in "I'm going to kill him" is assumed to be Darhk, but he's never mentioned by name. Since Oliver was already pretty cool with killing Darhk in this episode, why make a big deal about killing him 4 months from now, could it be someone else they're talking about?
I even said out loud, where are everyone else's voice disguises?
I don't know what an Oracle in Arrow is but I'm betting it means, "one who almost dies or threatens to leave the team every episode."

Remember that Barry is with Olivier at the funeral, which indicates that the person in the grave is somewhat related to Barry. Felicity made the most sense before this episode. I'm leaning toward Oliver's son in Central City. Barry was there in the double parter when Oliver first met him, and Felicity would be sufficiently upset from knowing that the child of the man she loves was murdered.
Except that Barry missed the funeral because of something to do with fighting Zoom. So maybe he just wanted to be there to support Oliver.
I'm leaning towards it being Ollie's son in Central City as well. Guess that means no Connor Hawke!
Oracle was the identity Barbara Gordon took up in the comics after she'd been paralyzed from being shot by the Joker. She served as an information broker and "mission control" for a variety of DC characters, especially of course the Bat-family.

I would throw Lance in the mix as well. He's got to be on the chopping block for betraying Darhk.

Felicity is usually the cool-headed one that is least likely to be seeking vengeance, so I still lean toward Donna, followed by Lyla. I don't think she would be so absolutely furious if were Lance, she would be the one trying to calm Laurel down.

That character sounds, to me, more interesting than Felicity has been. If she'll be less annoying as Felicity has been remains to be seen...
But that's pretty much what Felicity has been doing all this time, so I wouldn't expect much to change.

Yup. Spinal injury and putting her in a wheelchair are the obvious things left. I mean, Felicity and Babs are very very different people, but their 'role' has been pretty similar on a weekly basis.

So, they killed off Amanda Waller. I was waiting for a reveal that she wasn't actually dead but no such luck. I'm guessing it was because of the movie.

Oh, I hadn't thought of that. It did seem a little out of the blue, an abrupt way to end the character's storyline, but I figured maybe the actress had another gig or something. Still, I couldn't bring myself to care much, because Arrow's Waller was a terrible character played by a mediocre actress whose only real asset was svelte beauty, which is entirely the wrong asset for Amanda Waller no matter what The New 52 tried to claim. I'm glad this clears the way for Viola Davis to play the character the way she was meant to be played.
And Felicity has a codename now, but not the one we expected. Overwatch. "I was going to go with Oracle, but it's taken." Is that an in-joke about some kind of name clearance issue that kept them from using Oracle? Because Overwatch is kind of a lame substitute.
Weird structure to the flashbacks -- they're a flashback about the Diggle brothers, but they lead into the beginning of Baron Reiter's quest to find Lian Yu, so they're also a flashback to the Oliver flashbacks. And it's a bit Dickensian to have Diggle's brother connected to Reiter years before Diggle met Oliver.
Overwatch is an odd name choice given that Blizzard Entertainment has been promoting "Overwatch" as the title for one of its upcoming games. Blizzard is apparently also planning a comic book of the same name, and, given their partnership with D.C. in the past, the assumption was that D.C. was the likely publisher for that comic book.
