Are you still 100% OEM?

I'm out 7 teeth, my adnoids, part of my lip(s) are actually replaced with a piece of cheek, there's some kind of plastic pin-thingy in my sternum(originally to hold it together while it healed), some of my hair seems to have left and I need glasses if I want to read street signs before I pass under them. There's also a wire embedded under the flesh of my lower gum which holds my front teeth in. Sometimes I can feel it with my tongue-very creepy feeling. And, yes, my mother complied with Borg-like grace as well.

I'm circumcised, have both ears pierced, and have had a mole removed from the back of my neck. I also have a molar that I chipped a few years ago while eating dinner and I haven't had fixed yet, mostly because it's not bothering me enough to worry about it. (It's just that once in a while, I run my tongue over my teeth and feel the sharp edge, and it feels odd.)

And I have no wisdom teeth (which is apparently more common than I thought), so that was never an issue.

I look forward to the day when I can get a foot transplant. Ever since this year's Worldcon, when I was probably walking something like 15 miles per day around the convention centre and back and forth to the hotel I was staying in, my plantar fasciitis has gotten about ten times worse and my feet are have been in constant pain. (It doesn't help that I need new shoes and new orthotics as well...)

6 teeth removed (from when I was a kid because I 'had too many teeth'), got each ear pierced twice, nose pierced once, adnoids and tonsils removed.

As far as I know, I don't have wisdom teeth....unless they just never hurt or bothered me in any way to indicate they are there.

Not 100%, no... I was circumcised as a baby, and I had my wisdom teeth removed when I was 18 (I got it done on a Friday, recovered by the end of the weekend, and was back at school by Monday -- I didn't miss a day! I guess I don't know how to take advantage of a good surgical procedure, but in fairness, it's the only one I've had that I can remember).

Still have my tonsils and appendix. No cosmetic alterations (i.e. piercings and tattoos) to speak of.
