Are you still 100% OEM?

I am not OEM, I've had parts removed and or replaced. I also have broken parts too. 
Back when I had that, the pain only came after the operation to remove the ingrowns. I spent all of 1986 Thanksgiving holiday hurting so much I couldn't even eat.
(ordinarily, I wouldn't have cared that much, but of all the times of the year that it would royally SUCK to not be able to eat, Thanksgiving would be it, wouldn't it?)
Oh, another thing I'm missing - by choice: My hair.
I've had my three wisdom teeth pulled--I only had three to start with.
I also have 7 gold crowns on my molars, 2 of them root-canaled, and the 8th molar was pulled and replaced with an implant.
Everything else is OEM--nothing else added or removed.
Hubby had a wisdom tooth removed and an appendectomy. He wasn't born in the US, so all other foreparts are present.

Tell me about it. When I was like 10 I kept getting ingrown toenails. I had four different surgeries on them. Worse part is for some reason each time they had to give me four shots in the big toe. Finally they just removed the toenail all together. After the surgery had to keep my foot elevated for days because of the pain when I lowered it. Luckily that is still the only overnight in a hospital surgery I have ever had.
I am 99,9% OEM. I have everything, minus a little part of a few teeth, which are now filled-up holes and one teeth which is gone for 2/3rds due to a root canal.
Still have everything apart from appendix.
Let's see, as far as I remember, I'm out:
Tonsils and adnoids
Part of my ear drum (it was replaced)
Ovaries, uterus, and fallopian tubes
A joint on my left big toe
Wisdom teeth (two never came in and two were impacted)
Four other teeth that needed extracted before getting braces so I would have proper room for my teeth

I'm faulty stock. Hole in my heart, enlarged right heart muscle, damaged lungs due to pulmonary hypertension.
Had my appendix removed but due to my heart/lungs it was open surgery complications mean the wound had to be opened up and left to heal from the inside out, so I had a rather large scar and my belly button is in the wrong place.
Damaged feet and knees due to the bones setting in the wrong positions.
I have a tattoo.
