It it my 2nd most anticipated movie.

In order of my eagerness which lucky for me is their release dates

-Star Trek
-T:Salvation
-Transformers 2

I'm eager to see Wolverine, Moon and some others but these are my top 3.

^ I sincerely doubt he has. If he has then he's in violation of the NDA by revealing he's already seen it.

I think the great music that the trailer had also made a pretty big impression

That's "The Day The World Went Away" by Nine Inch Nails, from the fantastic album "The Fragile."

Agreed! Damn good music choice. (Warner Bros. seems to be making a lot of good choices like that. They also made the very good choice of Smashing Pumpkins' "The Beginning Is the End Is the Beginning" for the 1st Watchmen trailer.)

Between that trailer & the Terminator 25th anniversary retrospective in "Empire" magazine, I'm totally stoked. It's at least my #2 movie of the year. Heck, there are times when it's close to exclipsing Star Trek as my #1. (I don't have the same cast reservations about Terminator Salvation as I do about Star Trek. Although I do wish they had kept Claire Danes.)

No. I don't find the concept particularly interesting, and I couldn't stand listening to Christian Bale speak as he does in the (otherwise excellent) theatrical trailer for two hours. His voice is monotonous as is, with the veil of "war-weary veteran" applied it's positively soporific.

I *absolutely refused* to see the 3rd film in theaters - and I only later reluctantly saw it on tv one day when I was bored and nothing else was on.

But I am planning to see this one in the theater with my oldest (11yo) son!

The Terminator films never really grabbed me either - but I did enjoy the first two movies. (My geek guy and gal friends made me watch 100's of time in college, and some of their adoration for them wore off on me, I guess...)

And I really like(d) the new series.

And...I think the only reason I didn't really absolutely love the first two films is because
until I was an adult I preferred my sci-fi to be based on/in non-contemporary settings - or at least have lots of aliens, spaceships &/or stuff like that - and Terminator 1 & 2 to based in the present day and there were no spaceships...and I wanted to see more than *glimpses* of the future war!

But this movie is finally gonna show the future war I always wanted to see - so I'm signed up for a ticket on this ride!

Yes, I will see T4.

I'm looking forward to both T4 and Transformers 2 actually. But not as much as Star Trek.

Uhh...yeah. I will be seeing it as early as I possibly can. if that means it is a midnight showing, the night before or a 7 o'clock showing the next day. I will be there.

Damned straight I'm going and it best be "R" rated.

Well as best I can tell the main difference based on McG is Moon Bloodgoods breasts. If her tits are really the main difference I don't care if its PG-13. As great a body as she has the plot isn't dependent on her tits being seen.

You want to see her tits then Image Google her with your 'safe search' option off.

Meh. I'm not between the ages of 15 and 27, so seeing some chicks hooters aren't a huge priority for me.

By the way, as for your link, what the hell is up with that retarded chick saying things like "this particular robbery?" What a fucktard. Way to go with the objectivity.

Yeah, that song totally sells the trailer. I'm still convinced the NIN song in the trailer for 300 helped sell that movie, too.

You want a great trailer song? Can't go wrong with Trent Reznor!

Nor are they for me, although I have seen Pathfinder where she displays them, but I digress.

Point is you will not be hung up on 'R' vs 'PG-13' knowing that was the main difference in the assigned rating.

Honestly, I will be because to me, an 'R' rating will deliver a more intense movie. 'PG-13' will be watered down, unless it can deliver like Batman Begins or The Dark Knight.
