I really doubt they are going to go that deep with a reference to Enterprise. I love ENT, but I doubt the show runners are going to go that far out on a limb to involve important plot threads that stretch back to what is considered a failed show by many.
Well, the whole Mirror arc and the talk about the Defiant and how Mirror Georgiou even knows about the Federation is completely incomprehensible if you didn't see the Mirror Enterprise episodes. Discovery relied overly much on Enterprise then.
