This is all so comforting to read. I'd always assumed I was the only one!

Nope! We've all been mentally scarred by the Evil One.

I'm fairly certain that many of the us from the past handful of generations suffer a form of Jack-in-the-box PTSD.

I stopped eating there long before that scandal broke. I ate at JITB exactly once in my 44.5 years of life. Never again...

We don't have those in this part of the Midwest.

I always hated any games that were stressful.

My favorite game was monopoly, I enjoyed being ruthless

So you don't want to incur stress yourself, just cause it in others? Gotcha.

I was going to say exactly that. I hated these games as a kid because they made me jump a mile, much to the amusement of my brothers.

Never judge someone until you've jumped a mile in his cheap board games.

Or something like that.

You have never played Operation until it is wired for higher voltage. We were extreme daredevils in high school... Never mix science geeks with alcohol... strange things happen!

Mmmm... Jack-in-the-Box. I've never had a bad experience with them, even before I found out all my food allergies and sensitivities. There'll always be a special place for Jack in the Box.
