I've never heard of this title before.

Technically (no pun intended) it was the Galactic Engineers Concordance Logbook. It was a technical 'zine, published several times a year, until (I think) the publisher became worn out from the effort. Wide variety of stuff from professional to not-so-much.

Giving them to the first person who wants them.

I've got no space for physical copies but I've been hoping these would appear online one day as PDF's
