How small are you looking for? The Eaglemoss line is pretty good. The ships in the regular line are die cast and about five and a half inches long: https://shop.eaglemoss.com/us/hero-collector/star-trek/star-trek-official-starship-collection

If you want smaller miniatures than that, you can probably find the ones that Hot Wheels did from about 2009 to 2013.

And then there are the miniatures for the tabletop game Star Trek Attack Wing. Those look pretty nice.
