Didn't they so something similar for the Romulan language in the new film? I think one of the Rommie henchman mentioned having a linguist on set.

Since we got a Dominion-ese taste in Statistical Probabilities, I'd like more... if Taran'atar in Abyss is any indication, I could start telling people off and they couldn't be offended...

I think the issue on a Vulcan dictionary is the fact that there are some Vulcan words that humans cannot pronounce. Thus, it would be much more of a theoretical exercise than Klingon, and maybe not as much fun for people so inclined. I would enjoy harassing dudes dressed as Vulcans at Trek conventions to see if I could get them to crack a smile, become pissed off or use Earth slang, though.

Ohh yeah, I definitely would like to see more Trek languages.
