Yeah, like being a pedestrian in downtown Baghdad, during Desert Storm, with an umbrella. It's similar in downtown Chicago.

And people who tailgate you when you're going 9mph above the speed limit, the maximum you can go and not get a ticket.
A lot of the major roads around Boston like route 2 west of 95 or Storrow have lower speed limits like 40 or 45 and people still go 70 on them, and swerve around you violently if you are going 9 over the speed limit.
