Quite a few guest star crew women wore blue. Some of their characters: Helen Noel, Marlena Moreau, Carolyn Palamas, Mira Romaine.

But there were more who wore red than blue or gold. Also, I wouldn't count Marlena Moreau since she only wore the mini skirt uniform in one scene.

There being more reds than blues or golds is not what you said in the first place.

Good grief, man. What does it matter? What a ridiculous distinction! In the Mirror Universe, Uhura is very obviously in red and Moreau is very obviously in blue.
