Any issues with CBS All Access?

Is anyone having any issues with CBS All Access? I have subscription paid up until January but when I try watching Discovery on iPad with app, I'm prompted to sign up for subscription. When I go through the sign up menus, it finally says I have a subscription and asks if I want to use it. I say yes, and it goes through another menu loop asking me to sign up. I deleted app, reinstalled and got same issue.

I tried going to website and signing in and it wants to charge me again. Frickin idiots. Currently on hold with tech support. They just updated app but probably hosed something.
 
I couldn't get this week's episode to play on either Firefox or Chrome. I ended up watching the episode on my phone, but the CBS app annoyingly wouldn't expand the picture to full width.
 
I got it working but not sure how. Tech support showed I had login ID but no subscription. I cancelled subscription through iTunes, but it's still good through January. I then went to my account settings via webpage and was looking through settings when Tech support said their page refreshed and now showed I had subscription.

App is working now. Neither myself nor Tech support knows what fixed it but at least it's working. Never saw the issue before.
 
Didn't have any login issues when using Chrome, but I've been noticing playback in general on CBSAA has been a little stuttery lately. Not getting full HD resolution, and the playback looks like it's going at a reduced framerate. It doesn't seem like it's a connection issue on my end, because it's not affecting YouTube or Netflix.

I've been noticing that all season. Every episode, the playback stops for a few seconds at least once. It even happened on my phone. Haven't noticed any frame rate issues, though.
 
They changed something when it didn't work in Chrome: New profile options for several people sharing an account, with avatar pictures and names. I could choose an avatar (Boims!), but it wouldn't let me enter a name. I guess these changes to the interface caused all these problems :lol:
 
It still doesn't work in Chrome, and is choppy and odd in Firefox... they gotta fix this before the next episode comes out!
 
Other than an annoying buffer issue when S1 "Lethe" aired back in 2017, I've never once had an issue with CBSAA. And I've watched and rewatched all the new Trek content, did a full DS9 re-watch, watched most of the new TZ series, and streamed live football using it.

I generally use it as an app off my XBox One S or on my iPad.
 
I have a fairly new 55" Samsung 4K smart TV.
I have no problems with ANY of the other apps like Pluto, Netflix or Hulu.

But I have to reinstall or reboot the CBS app almost every time I use it. It has been like this from day one. If by chance it works the first time and I get to watch the most current episode, it bombs out if I try to watch anything after it like The Ready Room. I have gotten to the point where I don't even try to watch The Ready Room on the app anymore because I can load up the YouTube app and watch it with no issues.

Their app has sucked from day one and it still sucks, and to be perfectly honest if it wasn't for Trek I would not have an All Access account. The rest of their content is old and horrible.
 
I stop using CBS All access because they keep asking you to subscribe, even though you had paid for a whole year and you have a month to half a year left to watch anything on CBS All Access before you have to pay again.
I think CBS All Access account system is all mess up. They gotten the yearly payment accounts mix up with the monthly payment accounts.
 
I had no issues until a couple of weeks ago. Since then it is not working on a browser, just shows the circle, but OK on the phone app.
