Any folks in costume?

There were about 10 people in costume at mine. I wore a Chakotay tattoo as my "costume". :p

No uniforms where I went at 7PM but I wore my USS Enterprise NCC-1701 T-shirt and I saw a few folks with TNG Com badges on...

I was running late and rushed out of the house without my Sombrero and didn't think of it till I sat down in the theater :(

Afterward, I went out the back door to the parking garage so I don't know if anybody in the lobby was wearing anything Trek related.

Yeah, quite a few :D Including me! People took pictures of me lol oh god. It was fun x3

A group of four wearing TOS uniforms walked into our already packed theatre and got a round of applause from the audience. Then the fuckers pulled their phasers on us for absolutely no reason! Wish I'd brought my lightsabre.

One girl (early twenties) was in a Trek XI Red mini-skirt uniform. It looked like the one Uhura wore in the film... I didn't know they were producing costumes from the new film yet.

I wore my Starfleet Academy cadet gym shirt.

None at mine thank god  , but it was a small showing. Im going again tonight to an IMAX showing and I expect I'll see alot more

She was really hot and I was really surprised by that, having been to far too many cons and seen many girls who could not pull off the TOS mini-skirt.

I would have loved to get a pic with her but, alas, I believe her boyfriend (who was NOT in costume and looked like kind of a frat-bro) was with her.

I was quite intrigued by a hot Upper Eastsider in a TOS miniskirt who wasn't doing it for a bf/friend/brother...

Nice. :D

After seeing the movie, I'm trying to get my girl in one of those miniskirt uniforms. After all, it's similar to what she wears all day. But she doesn't want to wear the commbadge, so I still have some way to go. :D

Good luck!

We went to the 10:00 showing. I had my communicator pin on as did one other gentleman, a couple of young girls had ears, and one guy was in a red shirt TOS costume, LOL!

I wore my TOS blue dress and ears. Only one in costume - disappointingly small crowd at 10:00 . . .

The group I went with contained the only costumer-wearers in the theater last night at the 7pm showing. We had two TOS uniforms, one sciences and one command and a guy with a "Spock is my Homeboy" shirt. I didn't know they were dressing up unti I met up with them, or else I would have gotten an engineering uniform to complete the set.

They were the only costumes in a 3/4 full theater, but we were at the more rundown theater as opposed to the shiny new megaplex across town. The only reason we went to the older theater is that it showed the film in digital, which made up for the crappy seats.

I was at the first IMAX showing in Nashville last night and out of 500 people only 5 were in costume. A group of 4 guys in various TOS gold, red, blue and the green Kirk tunic. There was one guy with his girlfriend in a Spock blue but his hair was all Emo'd out. My girlfriend said "Hey, its EMO Spock. Guess his emotions are showing".

As I came out and saw the people lined up for the 10pm show there was a guy in the lobby area dressed as..... a freaking JEDI! He was an attention whore. He was doing all his saber moves and dancing around. Thank god we don't have to claim him.

I didn't see anyone in Star Trek garb at my showing. The theater was about 2/3rds full to capacity. While exiting the theater, I did see one woman waiting for the next showing wearing a red TOS era Uhura style skirt uniform. That was about it.

My showing had a (very animated) group of 25 uniformed/accessorized folks who apparently got together from a forum. My dad and I sat right in the middle of them xD

There was one woman with an AMAZING mirror universe uniform.

And a guy dressed as Han Solo xD
