Any capes you would not mind explored Direct to DVD?

I am talking about Live Action stuff of course. Any of them could work despite the limited budget. Also feel free to include bad guys and superheroes.

Power Girl. If it could be done with a bit of self-depreciating humor (and an occasional breaking of the fourth wall), it could result in a couple of fun direct-to-DVD movies, IMO. A mix of silly and serious bad guys is a must, even if they have to be specifically created for it.

I like Power Girl a lot, so I could see a Direct to DVD movie. I don't think you'd really have to go in a humorous route. She's never been that type of character, and the semi humorous, 4th Wall Breaking thing would fit She-Hulk about 1000x better, and I could definitely see a great She-Hulk movie in that style. But I don't think any superhero movie needs to be dead serious in tone, either. Honestly, as much as I like the character PG could be hard unless they got just the right person in charge. She needs to be done by someone who understands she's not just Superman with breasts to bring in the teenage boys. Its been done well in the comics (see JSA and her only ongoing from right before the reboot), but I think live action would have to be careful about that.

As for who I'd like to see besides her, like I mentioned She-Hulk could be great with some humor in the mix. The problem with her is casting someone as She-Hulk. She shouldn't look like some monstrous bodybuilder, because while she's a hulk most of the time that she's drawn decently she's mostly just normally proportioned when it comes to muscles and stuff, just scaled upward to be taller. That's probably very difficult to get right, and its the biggest difficulty I could see in doing the character.

I think it would also be cool to see a group like Alpha Flight. Sasquatch could be difficult, but they could use a different member instead of him, and honestly I don't see the group ever being used in an actual movie, unfortunately.

Moon Knight. The Warren Ellis version.

Ms. Marvel. The latest incarnation.

Starman. The Jack Knight character.

Cloak and Dagger.

Green Arrow. Connor Hawke.

Night Thrasher. Dwayne Taylor. On a skateboard.

No one said that. But a bit of humor (which was said) definitely would help. Not a comedy, but more along the lines of an action show with sprinkled humor.
She's never been that type of character,
For the last few years, she's been a character with a occasional sense of humor
and the semi humorous, 4th Wall Breaking thing would fit She-Hulk about 1000x better,
It would fit both characters the same.

Cloak and Dagger.
I would second that (heck, I would take even an animated version).

There had been talk by Marvel's Joseph Loeb that a Cloak & Dagger TV series was being developed for ABC Family:

"In what seems like a move to grab teenagers and families, Cloak and Dagger will air on ABC Family. In the comics, Cloak and Dagger are two characters who gained their complementary powers in an experiment and escaped onto the streets. Loeb described the television series as the “story of two teenagers who find each other and realize that their powers both complement and complicate their lives.” While Cloak and Dagger were set in New York City in the comics, this series will be set in post-Hurricane Katrina New Orleans. It’s unclear if this will be a Treme-style exploration of NOLA immediately post-Katrina, or if the series will simply take place in NOLA after the hurricane."

But that was more than three years ago.

 We'll just have to agree to disagree. I didn't mean that she should have no humor. I'd say it like this: Power Girl should have the level of humor you'd see in an Iron Man movie, while She-Hulk would be more like GotG, at least that's how I see it.

Exactly what I'm talking about. The aforementioned bit of humor or some sprinkled humor.

In some ways, that was similar to the first 12 issues of Power Girl's last ongoing series.

Yeah, Power Girl's last (and only, actually) solo ongoing was great. But, its tone isn't quite the same as, say John Byrne's Sensational She-Hulk, which mixed seriousness with humor with more of a bend toward humor and fourth wall stuff (while still just generally being great). I like some humor in a comic, I just class the type of humor that would fit She-Hulk and Power Girl as a bit different from each other.
