Another "What If" Scenario

What if TV had a rule that stated that all shows must have an equal number of men and women on the cast?

That rule would apply to all Trek series, so the casting would have to abide by that rule, which characters would you swap over for another gender in order to balance the crew to a 50/50 split?

This seems very Tapestry-like, with every change leading to cascades of other changes.

Here are my recs for DS9: change Benjamin Sisko into a woman and make Odo gender neutral. The latter should have been obvious, as there was no reason to actually ascribe a gender to the shapeshifters without clear sexual functions. The series could begin with Benita or Bettina Sisko, who is equally a widow and single mother of Jake. The ratio would still be uneven, 4-3-1, but all the leadership positions would be taken by women.
