Not canon, and even the tie-in material which featured the Typhon Pact established it only existed in an alternate timeline which has since been destroyed and had its existence negated.Typhon pact

Well, if you're going to misread the thread title go for the gold.Another Star Trek movie which probably should never have been made @fireproof78
I like this one though, it’s got the whole gang in it!![]()
I wouldn't mind something set after the events of Enterprise and set 20 or so years later (think 2180s or so) where the Federation is facing a external/internal crisis and you got all these different worlds pointing their finger at one another. So you have President/Admiral Archer commission a starship to go out and investigate what's going on.
Though I admit that I was word playing with this threads title in my post, I was not suggesting that any *new* movie should not be made. However, it is debatable that one or two of the *past* movies probably would have been better off left unmade… I love them all though, simply because they are Star Trek.Well, if you're going to misread the thread title go for the gold.
Since this a reference to a medal and not any currency I think you'll find it still acceptable, even in the 24th century. For the record, gold is worthless in the 24th century…. I’m going for the latinum pressed inside.![]()
OMG have I won a medal????!!!!!!Since this a reference to a medal and not any currency I think you'll find it still acceptable, even in the 24th century.
BTW, any species that successfully passes the Metron test, ‘trial by combat’ with the Gorn, would most certainly impress this advanced species. Therefore the Typhon pact members may have relations of sorts with the Metron’s, as all pact members would have passed their test with the Gorn by making an alliance/pact with the reptilian species, rather than fighting them to the death.
What a shame that Kirk or Pike did not pass the Metron test first though!![]()
Funnily enough, I think that this is entirely possible. If anybody could pass the Metron test, then Seven would be the one.Maybe Captain Seven of Nine can rectify their mistake.![]()
The Section 31 film IS filming right now.So the count is now at
- A fourth Kelvin timeline film, a decade too late
- A Section 31 film
- Some Picard film
- This "origin story" film (whatever that means)
The Section 31 film might actually get made, but I can't say I think any of these are a good idea.
There are two movies planned, and we all know something will eventually be made.
The ST09 prequel this thread is about, and Star Trek 4.Other than the Section 31 movie, was else is planned?
