A few utterly pointless missing episode statistics...
30 episodes have now been recovered since the missing episodes list was first made widely available in the 1981 Doctor Who Monthly Winter Special, almost exactly 30 years ago. 1 Pertwee, 16 Hartnell and 13 Troughton.
That's 22% of the then missing episodes. If we get four more, that'd be 25% of them.
We're now down to only 10 totally missing stories (9 if you count Mission to the Unknown as part of Masterplan) - 6 Hartnells and 4 Troughtons. That's not bad considering that the total was 18 back in 1981. Three stories have been completed, out of 30 that were part or completely missing in 1981 (five if you count the animated versions of Invasion and Reign of Terror).
67% of Hartnells now exist, but only 47% of Troughton. We need three more Troughtons to get him over 50%. :-(
