News Annie Wersching will play the Borg Queen in Season 2 of Picard

One can hope, but then she does seem rather tender with Jurati in that two second trailer scene (assuming that's still meant to be the Queen, since she looks different even from her first appearance earlier in the trailer).

She was tender with Seven as well in a couple episodes. And a child in Unimatrix Zero. She's probably just trying to manipulate her or something.

Emma from Timeless as the Borg Queen??? Of course!!! She plays good baddie!

Maybe she's been liberated from the Collective? If not, then I hope they've planned something original for the character.

It is somewhat seeming more and more like she is something they seek out, despite all the possible ramifications.

She posted new picture of herself as the Borg Queen on twiiter. She looks like she will be a very different type of Borg Queen than Alice Krige's version of the Queen is in First Contact.

The makeup looks like an "evolved" rendition in much the same vein as Discovery's take on classic alien designs. She even has callbacks to the vertical slits on her neck that appeared in Voyager.

Yeah, that new makeup really ups the creepy level. Especially when she has the solid black pupils.

Love it , elements seem to extend "grow" out somewhat more organically, rather than just attached..

She looks scarier and ominous in the scenes from recent previews and photos in the Picard forum.Especially going after Agnes Jurati she's dangerous.

I couldn't sympathize with Thanos. The Borg are similar. So convinced of being right they see nothing else.

We found out in Eternals that what Thanos was really doing was...

Starving out baby celestials.Of course that means that that the universe is going to run out of stars billions of years from now, but that's 90 Billion Years from now Thanos' problem.
