animated gif help needed!

The program I used to use to create them doesn't function on my new computer. Would anyone have a recommendation on what to use?

I use The GIMP for avatar-making, it may bee a bit overkill, but it has all the tools I need. - Brilliant little thing

There are plenty of on-line tools to create animated gifs, just google something like "making animated gifs".
