That's too bad. He has an awesome voice; it made hearing the news a bit less horrible.

I'll pretend to know who that is.Here is a chance for NBC to get with the times. His replacement needs to be Bert Kreischer. Time to chase that podcast gold!
I'll pretend to know who that is.
Once again, I'll pretend to know who that is.Your right! They need to aim higher. Andrew Schulz it is!
I got nothin.Theo Von it is, then!
I don't know your age. You're talking to someone who's used to 20+ episodes per season. This 6-8 episodes per "season" is just wimpy. If they took the ballsy route and did 20 episodes, they could easily do one book per season. They'd then have a ready-made show along with dialog.Adapting a 3 book trilogy into a series of blockbuster films is hard enough. If you look into it, there are a ton of changes PJ and his team had to make just to get LOTR made.
WOT getting any adaptation at all is going to be monumental. 8 1 hour episodes of - hopefully - 8 seasons is going to mandate changes in order to make a compelling series.
Personally, I think they've done rather well all things considered.
Ugh, fuck no. I'd rather have Generic White Guy Podcaster I've Never Heard Of over those two. Can't believe I didn't think of it until now but just elevate Colin Jost and Michael Che to the real news!
Except for TV shows on TV channels, series with 20 episodes per season are not produced. In the streaming era, high-budget TV shows with 8-10 episodes are fashionable. If you want a 20-episode series, TV channels had to make it in the 2010s. Well, it is still applicable, a TV show with 15 seasons consisting of 10 episodes every year can be produced. But they do not prefer it.I don't know your age. You're talking to someone who's used to 20+ episodes per season. This 6-8 episodes per "season" is just wimpy.
