I watched that for all of 5 minutes. I couldn't stand it.
What? I thought they had mapped out a five-season show. Now I watch the show and I mostly enjoy it, but considering how much stupidity they're already experiencing three seasons in, I can't imagine three quality seasons to follow.
NOO!!! I was getting into the show. I guess the TV Gods giveth and taketh with "Orville" coming back and this show leaving.

She has to resign from the current administration, before can try to found an opposing administration, which may have already almost happened.
Elizabeth's second in command, at the state department is a boy... Although I think he's leaving too. So there could be a new madam while Beth is campaigning.
That made for very sad reading. As others have said, how is the show still on the air? Taints watching reruns of NCIS as well.Eliza Dushku wrote an op-ed on the subject:

It really is sad, not just for what happened in her case but because it doesn't even surprise me. It's upsetting that there is literally video footage of him sexually harassing her and CBS knew it and settled because of it, but people still believe him over her. And why? Because they like his show? I don't get it. I don't understand why other actors are shamed out of a job and he's not. So irritated that this show was renewed.
