And the Next Cancelled Show is...

I think that ZOEY (I had to look it up too) falls under that unfortunate umbrella where it seems that she is too generically attractive to be interesting.

It's because her looks are the only character trait she has in about 95% of episodes, recently they added she loves her family deeply. So I guess she is good for a spinoff, she is a blank character they can mold as they wish.

Only unsightly looking persons should be allowed to do comedy.

That explains EVERYTHING about Bill Cosby's life.

Zooey Daschenal is a very funny comedienne.
Five years of 'New Girl' proves otherwise.

Some Will and Grace return news about the original series finale issues. I'll put it in spoilers in case anyone is that anal.

Question: Long time fan, first time caller. Any news on how Will & Grace will retcon its finale? Or are they pulling a Roseanne and just ignoring it all? —Eliott
Ausiello:
They’re (mostly) pulling a Roseanne. The finale posited that Will and Grace remained estranged well into their 50s. That will clearly be scrubbed from the history books. Completely eliminating Will and Grace’s now-teenage children (with Leo and Vince, respectively) from the revival equation will likely prove more of a challenge. But that’s what boarding school is for, right?

Also The Get Down, a Netflix show, has been canceled.

Yeah, Tin Man was terrible. Modernization for Modernization's sake, and ending up missing the point entirely. I gave it a chance years ago and watched all of it, as I thought maybe it would get better, but it never did.

I actually liked Tin Man a lot. Its the only Wizard of Oz based thing that isn't the original movie that I've liked.

OK when I got this on DVD I got it as a full stand alone feature, I think it was some kind of mini series wasn't it? The retail disk I have has it as one single feature.

Anyway I didn't mind it that much what killed it for me was how Zooey acted. She seemed dead inside and lifeless.

The show-runner of recently cancelled Chicago Justice, who wrote for L&O and L&O:CI, is moving to L&O:SVU. As the SVU show-runner left to go to Chicago PD as the PD guy left to move to Chicago. Okay I made up tat last part. :)

SVU .........Haven't watched that in like ages. I felt it was starting to go downhill a little when it became the Olivia show.

That pretty much describes it. Benson is a broken individual, but is still constantly right and constantly indignant when she is questioned. She comes off as a whiny brat instead of what could be an interesting character.

I miss the good old days where everyone got at least one episode a season.

Well with the amount of money they must be paying her they probably figured they should use her. I completely agree and wish they would cut her episodes a year to save on money / make the show interesting again.

Yeah I noticed that. Every time she's questioned about something she becomes really Pee O'd about it and demands she is right. That's why I haven't watched the show in a long time.

However I did catch the one where the muslim family was all killed raped.....

Yeah, when Syfy originally aired it, it was aired as a miniseries, in 3 parts, I believe. But yeah, she acted like she was literally reading the lines off a page, or maybe a teleprompter.
