And the Next Cancelled Show is...

Holy shit, there is a god. Well of course there's a god, I just thought that he was asleep at the wheel, and crashed the universe into a tree.

(If god is all things, then he is all drunk, so I didn't think beardo was getting out of county any time soon.)

(Yes, the Asgardian World tree, you're clever, move along.)

I've been watching Containment and every ad they've shown for it says it's a mini-series. Not sure how it can be cancelled when it's already one and done?

Yeah, "cancellation" seems to be an overused word these days, thrown around willy-nilly. I much prefer the term "ended". Cancellation to me means something that's prematurely ended, whereas when a show is "ended", it's run its planned course.

I'm quite a few episodes behind on Castle, but I'm glad they've decided to end the show rather than continue without Stana Katic.

It was announced some time ago (hinted at almost a year ago) that this upcoming season will be the last, which will just put it over the 100 episode mark.

Ah, still an upcoming season, that's the part I was missing. Was just reading it as 'cancelled'. Since it's not on NOW, and was on the list, figured I wouldn't see it again.

One more is fine, especially if they know it ahead of time. Not that the show is anything heavy or anything, but it was enjoyable if a bit long in the tooth.

The most shocking news of this time of year is the fact that Sleepy Hollow, that mess of a shell of it's former self, somehow made it to season 4.

Just think if seasons 2-3 were just as awesome as season 1 where we would be heading. We can't blame Fox this time, they didn't wreck it, the show runner did.

Man, so many great shows got cut short. Galavant... Muppets... Agent Carter... Grinder... I can't believe Sleepy Hollow is coming back.

Muppets was not that good and the voices were not that good. Actually won't miss that.

Castle ran well past it's use by date IMHO. The Moonlighting curse strikes again :D

The creators said they had plans for a second season. In that one all the dead people from the virus come back to life as zombie werewolf vampires.

I'm curious, what curse would that be?
I assume they mean the "once the couple gets together, the magic goes away" thing. I don't watch Castle, but from what I can tell they got together three years ago. Pretty crummy curse. ;)

Edit: What sojourner said. :)
